Thanks for visiting Concepts of Confidence!

The main theme that recurs through my writing is that both self-improvement and self-acceptance are viable paths to confidence. If you notice me advocating personal development advice (e.g. how to eat healthily), remember that it’s a means to an end of authentic self-esteem.
I also take for granted that my readers have the honesty to admit they are flawed and a sufficiently strong will to work on their flaws. This isn’t a site for people blaming their insecurities on others (e.g. bullies) or life (e.g. getting fired). It’s a site for people who take responsibility for their self-esteem and are determined to improve it.
